There were supposed to be 9 teams in the competition but only 4 turned up (maybe the weather put them off) When we did the lottery for the swim allocation, Rassie and Niklas came first again. Thats 3 years in a row!! :) And Team Screaming Delkims drew last place again. Thats 2 years in a row!! :( There was only one carp caught in the competition, and i also lost a carp on saturday afternoon. There were a few Bream caught by the other teams and Bruno caught 2 ducks aswell hahaha. (Jeanette caught a duck in the competition 2008 from the same swim) I won prize money (1200kr) and all my own leads back that i had donated as prizes for the competition hahahaha........Result, hee hee Rassie and Niklas were plagued with crayfish that were demolishing thier hookbaits down in Edsviken. Daniel saw a carp under his rod tip on Sunday morning as he had thrown a couple of handfulls of particles in the margins. The strangest thing was the carp i landed was caught twice in the competition in 2008. Rassie caught it on Saturday in Edsviken at 9.9kg and then Jeanette caught it on Sunday morning at 9.8kg Have a look at the photos below and you can clearly see it is the same carp. It now weighs 11.1kg Another strange thing is that last year Tobbe Fränsteam came in second place with a Mirror Carp that was 11.1kg........... weird :) The caught caught 3 times (Click on the photos to enlarge)

Many thanks to Janne Bohlin who arranged the competition and rode round the lake on his bike to prebait 9 swims on Thursday evening in the rain www.svenskakarpklubben.com I caught the carp on Saturday 13th June 2009. Which is the same day that Jeanette caught 'Brorsan' in Härlanda in 2008. Friday 13th June 2008
