At the first of may I caught this 13.12kilos (foto number 1) mirror in my homelake and just a week after I caught another nice mirror at 13.37kilos(foto number 2). Later that spring I also got a couple more fish around 8-9kilos before the summer came and the fishing was put on hold. When the leaves became less green my vacation started at the beginning of september and those weeks can I just say were incredible. Not in numbers but well in large swollen autumm carp that came into my net.The first was a nice mirror at 13.6kilos (foto number 3) (my first 30Ibs!!) and my mission for the year was exactly a 30 pounder so I was well pleased. The weekend to come we both encounted some terrible weather with both ice inside the bivvy and rain inside it! But the price for that was my last and my biggest carp this year, all 14.54kilos (foto number 4) of it!! //Yours Ricki Blomquist from the dark part of Värmland |
