The Screaming Delkims Cup - The most points wins

Rules & Regulations

1. The Team consists of:

Chris Thornhill - Mölndal, Sweden.

Peter Lenander - Stenungsund, Sweden

Jeanette Rehm - Partille, Sweden

Andreas Andersson - Alingsås, Sweden

Mats Larsson - Partille, Sweden

Fredrik Rehm - Partille, Sweden

Colin Goodey - Helsingborg, Sweden

2. Additional members to the team can join by sending an email to info@screamingdelkims.se. Only then are they eligible to enter the competition

3. The SDC was started in May 2005, any Carp caught before this date do not count.

4. Any team member who captures a carp will get a certain amount of points added to their score (see points system below)

5. If a carp caught is a NEW PB weight, then the member will receive 5 bonus points. If the carp is a new lake record then the member will recieve and additional 10pts

6. All carp species count! Carp MUST be caught in Sweden.

7. The carp must be weighed on a reliable set of scales and necessary deductions made for sling etc.

8. Photographic evidence MUST submitted for a claim. However this can be waivered if another team member is present as a witness.

9. At the end of the season the points will be added together to give an overall score.

10. Highest Score wins. The winner gets to keep the trophy for a year.

11. Entry Claims must be made within 2 weeks of the capture or they will not count!!

Points system

5 pts Landing a Carp

1 pt For each Kilogram of the carp.

Example: 10 300g Carp = 10pts. Rounded up or down to the nearest Kg

5 pts For a NEW Personal Best Carp

10 pts for a Lake Record

Point system example

If you catch a 12.8kg Carp and it is a new personal best you will get 23 points.

5pts + 13 pts + 5 pts = 23 Points
